The first 8 years of my tenure at Adobe was on various teams in the sales organization spanning Adobe Consulting, Technology & Experience Innovation, and Global Services. The nature of these projects was largely focused on future visioning to attract and inspire our customers by helping them reimagine their brands' digital experiences. Business transformation is possible when powered by Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, and Experience Cloud to drive every touchpoint in a customer’s journey.
During my time in Global Services, my team operated like a digital agency that partnered with solution consultants and account executives across all industry verticals to win many multi-million dollar deals. I started and led our customer journey practice and later grew to be a people manager overseeing a global, interdisciplinary team made up of designers, strategists, and developers.
